This Privacy Policy describes how Yellow Theme (“Yellow Theme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and related services, including:

- related hosts we operate for intake, e-sign, and APIs

Interpretation and definitions
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service means the Yellow Theme websites, client portal, and related online tools described above.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Usage Data means data collected automatically, such as page views, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Collecting and using your Personal Data
Types of data we collect
Contact and account data. Email address; name; and, when you provide them, phone number, company name, and mailing or billing address.
Authentication data. Credentials and session data for the invite-only client portal (Amazon Cognito), including optional Google sign-in profile information (for example email and name) when you choose that option.
Engagement and workspace data. Information you or your organization place in a client workspace (for example messages, plans, evidence metadata, billing status, and audit activity) after an agreement is signed.
Intake and sales data. Information submitted through scope briefs, waitlists, sample requests, and readiness tools.
Payment data. Payment and invoice-related information processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Usage Data. Automatic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and diagnostic logs. On the marketing site and portal we use AWS CloudWatch RUM for anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service. We do not use advertising trackers or remarketing pixels.
How we use Personal Data
We use Personal Data to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service
- Create and manage invited portal accounts
- Respond to inquiries and onboarding messages
- Process deposits, invoices, and related billing
- Send transactional email (invitations, password resets, billing notices, delivery updates)
- Improve the Service and diagnose issues
- Comply with law and enforce agreements
Sharing of Personal Data
We may share Personal Data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example Amazon Web Services, Amazon Cognito, Google for optional sign-in, DocuSeal for e-signature, Stripe for payments, and email delivery)
- Professional advisers (for example counsel or accountants) when needed
- Authorities when required by law
- A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer
We do not sell Personal Data.
Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements. Client engagement materials follow the signed agreement and statement of work.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.

Our Service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
