First visit

Use Forgot password with the email address in your invitation. Need help? Reply to your Yellow Theme onboarding email.

No public signup

There is no public signup for the client workspace. Do not use a sales inbox or a public request-access form — invitations come from Yellow Theme after the agreement is signed.

Client access and use are governed by the signed agreement and statement of work.

Portal

Open the client portal, or the portal’s Access help page if you already have an invitation.
